Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Ontario
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00
- Flat rate standard shipping: $7.99 for orders under $75.00
Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
- Flat rate standard shipping: $11.00 for all orders

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can assist you.
